Well, what can I say about Nadi Cigars….  To give you a little background, the owners of the company are two of the most awesome people you will ever meet.  Jeff and Nada are true cigar connoisseurs who decided to do what we all dream about, come out with a line of their own.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and Nada two years ago at the Chattanooga Tweet-Up 2011.  I had been following Nada’s cigar reviews on her Twitter handle, @CigarGirlFL.  I have since had the pleasure of getting to know them more at IPCPR, Chattanooga Tweet-Up 2012, and most recently at Lite Up Charlotte.  They are great people, and Jeff, like myself enjoys a good scotch every now and then…ok maybe every day.

The cigar, wow!  I have been lucky enough to have smoked 5 of these cigars so far, and I can tell you this, they are great.  The cigar itself looks beautiful, with a light, slightly oily wrapper.

Flavor wise, I pick up a very woodsy oak flavor, as well as a slight leather flavor, with hints of almonds and vanilla.  The flavor of this cigar is truly riveting, and unlike anything else on the market, I enjoy each one that I smoke even more than the last.

Now I don’t know what they have done to make this cigar burn so well, but whatever it is, I hope they keep doing it.  As I mentioned earlier, I have smoked 5 of these cigars so far in different sizes, and everyone has burned perfectly.  During Lite Up Charlotte, I smoked one at breakfast with Jeff, Nada, and 6 other people.  You could put this cigar down, come back to it in five, even 10 minutes later, and it was still burning, and perfectly!  I think the ash would hold on all day if you let it.  Everyone present commented on how wonderfully they burned.

All right, I guess you have probably picked up on the fact that I love this cigar.  I fully believe that Nadi Cigars are an amazing product, and you need to try one or five!  Would I buy a box?  Yep, already told my local shop to get them in so I can!  They are a boutique blend, and I am always happy to try new blends from boutiques, and this one did not let me down.  If you can’t find them, ask your local retailer to get them in, you will not regret it.
