The Torch Habano is the second cigar we received from Veritas Cigars to sample.  The Torch Habano did not let us down.

This cigar features a medium to dark brown Sun Grown Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.  The cigar itself is just a bit oily, has a pig-tailed cap, and has very minimal veining.  The Torch Habano sports the same band as the other Torch lines, which is that of two clenched fists holding burning cigars all set to the background of a city skyline.

Flavor wise, I detected some definite wood and cedar notes as well as a light leathery flavoring.  As smoking progressed I began to detect an almost coffee type of flavor to it as well.  Overall this is a pleasant cigar when it comes to flavor.

The Veritas Torch Habano faired well in the construction category.  The cigar was firm with a good draw.  This Torch Habano did require a couple small touch ups while smoking, but overall, not bad.  Ash held firm and the smoke was plentiful and white.

Our recommendation, give it a try.  The flavor profile of this cigar is enjoyable and pleasant.  The biggest downfall I can find is that there does not seem to be any shops around me stocking these cigars.
